We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager / Manager – Process Assurance to oversee process assurance, process control, and continuous improvement activities within a manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in process optimization, manufacturing quality, root cause analysis, CAPA, SOPs, and quality management systems. Candidates with experience in process-intensive industries such as Chemical, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Dairy, Pharmaceutical, Fermentation, Bio-processing, Distillery, Sugar, Ethanol, Waste-to-Energy, or Biogas/CBG are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee process assurance and process control activities.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvement initiatives.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for process and quality-related issues.
- Develop and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Monitor adherence to SOPs, quality systems, and established process standards.
- Drive continuous process optimization and operational efficiency.
- Analyze process performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support risk assessment and process improvement initiatives.
- Use quality and problem-solving methodologies such as FMEA, 5-Why, Fishbone, and Pareto Analysis.
- Coordinate with production, quality, engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
- Establish and monitor process control measures and performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality and manufacturing standards.
- Prepare process assurance reports and present findings to senior management.
- Lead initiatives focused on reducing process variation, defects, waste, and operational losses.
