We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager with strong technical expertise and proven experience in plant maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance activities, minimizing equipment downtime, improving reliability, and ensuring safe and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle plant breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.
- Manage maintenance of compressors, pumps and related equipment.
- Plan and schedule preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Lead maintenance teams and manage day-to-day engineering operations.
- Identify recurring equipment issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Drive maintenance improvements, innovations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure equipment reliability, safety and operational efficiency.
- Monitor maintenance performance and support smooth plant operations.
Who Should Apply
- B.Tech qualification.
- 10+ years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Experience in FMCG, Pharma, Animal Feed or Gas industry preferred.
- Native resident of Uttar Pradesh or Uttarakhand.
- Strong technical knowledge of plant maintenance and engineering equipment.
- Proven experience in maintenance team management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Notice period: Maximum 30 days or as early as possible.
