GRPL India (Galaxy Resource Pvt. Ltd.) is hiring a Manager – Process Assurance in Baheri, Uttar Pradesh for our client, Carbon Circle. This is a full time opening. Salary: Rs 14 LPA. Experience: 10 – 15 years in manufacturing / process industries. Open to male candidates.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager / Manager – Process Assurance to take ownership of plant-wide process assurance, process control, manufacturing discipline, feedstock quality, laboratory testing and quality systems.
The role will focus on maintaining critical process parameters, identifying process deviations, driving RCA, CAPA, process optimization and continuous improvement, and ensuring strong coordination between Production, Operations, Maintenance, Stores and Feedstock/Yard functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain quality standards for feedstock, raw materials, process streams and finished products.
- Develop process control plans covering critical parameters, operating ranges, sampling frequency and corrective actions.
- Monitor process parameters and identify deviations before they impact production or quality.
- Manage feedstock quality including moisture, organic matter, contamination, particle size and consistency.
- Correlate feedstock quality with digester performance, gas generation and process stability.
- Monitor critical parameters including pH, temperature, TS/DM, VS/OM, alkalinity, organic loading and VFA.
- Supervise laboratory testing, data recording, traceability and interpretation.
- Develop process stability dashboards covering trends, deviations, corrective actions and improvement opportunities.
- Lead RCA, CAPA and effectiveness verification for recurring deviations and process losses.
- Implement 5M/6M, Fishbone, 5-Why, Pareto and FMEA for process improvement.
- Coordinate with Maintenance on equipment condition, instrumentation, calibration and process reliability.
- Establish raw-material specifications and incoming material acceptance criteria.
- Develop and maintain Quality Manuals, SOPs, Work Instructions and Process Control Plans.
- Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
Cross-Functional Responsibilities
The incumbent will work closely with Production/Operations, Maintenance, Stores/Procurement and Feedstock/Yard teams to maintain process discipline, monitor abnormal trends, control material quality, manage instrumentation and establish feedstock acceptance standards.

Candidate Requirements
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Pharmaceutical Technology, Industrial Chemistry or another relevant technical discipline.
Experience
- 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing/process industries.
- Candidates from FMCG, Food & Beverage, Dairy, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Fermentation, Bio-processing, Biotechnology, Distillery, Sugar, Ethanol, Waste-to-Energy, or Biogas/CBG industries may be considered.
- Strong hands-on experience in process quality control and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to interpret laboratory results from a process-performance perspective.
- Strong knowledge of RCA, CAPA, 5-Why, Fishbone, Pareto and FMEA.
- Experience with SOPs, process standards, quality systems, and internal audits.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Good command of MS Excel and data-analysis/reporting tools.
- Comfortable working in a 24×7 continuous manufacturing environment.
Critical Experience
This is not a conventional Laboratory Head role. The candidate must have substantial manufacturing/process exposure in addition to laboratory/quality experience and should be capable of converting laboratory data and manufacturing observations into actionable process-control decisions.
