Job Description: HR Trainee – Freshers

Position Title: HR Trainee

Position Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Trainees to join our team. This is an entry-level position designed for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in Human Resources. As an HR Trainee, you will assist with various HR functions and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Assistance:
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in conducting initial phone screenings and interviews with candidates.
• Employee Onboarding:
  • Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of orientation materials and coordination of onboarding activities.
  • Assist in the setup of new employees’ workstations and access to HR systems.
• HR Administration:
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance evaluations.
  • Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination notices.
• Employee Relations:
  • Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Support HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Compliance and Reporting:
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining accurate HR data.
• Training and Development:
  • Support the planning and execution of training programs and workshops.
  • Assist in tracking training attendance and evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Recent graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of relevant experience (internships or part-time roles) are encouraged to apply.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Other:
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new HR practices and technologies.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
