    Job description For Business Development Manager Solar Project

    ·     A Business Development Manager Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
    
    ·        Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
    
    ·        Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
    
    ·        Answer questions about the products.
    
    ·        Negotiate prices and terms.
    
    ·        Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
    
    ·        Achieve Order Booking Targets with required Margins as per agreed Business Plan.
    
    ·        Review competition analysis and prepare counter strategies for winning.
    
    ·        Identify project risks and analysis and propose mitigation measures.
    

    Qualifications & Skills

    ·       Bachelor’s Degree in engineering.
    
    ·       4-5 years of Experience in Sales of Solar Power Plant in the Private Sector.
    
            Proficient knowledge of Solar project engineering, procurement, and construction  
    processes/procedures.
    
    ·       Proficient in the use of CRM


    Other Expectations:

    • Positive Attitude
    • Knowledge of the Local Language
    • Self-Driven
    Should be able to work independently for the position
    
    

    Working location: – Delhi / NCR 

    Salary – Upto 18 Lakh
