Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Studio Manager to oversee our creative operations in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing studio resources, leading the team, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Studio Operations: Manage day-to-day studio operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of creative professionals, including photographers, designers, and assistants.
• Project Management: Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
• Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing exceptional service.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all creative outputs meet the company’s quality standards and align with client expectations.
• Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and monitor expenses related to studio operations and projects.
• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and inventory of studio equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working order.
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the studio’s services and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in studio management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and studio equipment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A creative mindset with an eye for detail.
