We are looking for a creative, highly skilled, and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with 6+ years of professional experience to join our team in Varanasi.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual design, branding, digital marketing creatives, social media design, and print media. The candidate should be able to transform creative concepts and business requirements into visually compelling designs while maintaining brand consistency.
This role requires someone who can take ownership of design projects from concept to final execution, manage multiple assignments, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Create innovative and visually appealing designs for digital, social media, marketing, advertising, and print campaigns.
- Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
- Develop brochures, flyers, posters, banners, presentations, company profiles, and other marketing materials.
- Create and maintain consistent brand identity and visual communication across all platforms.
- Convert creative briefs, ideas, and marketing requirements into effective visual concepts.
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, illustrations, image compositions, and design variations.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, Sales, and other internal teams to deliver campaign requirements.
- Edit and enhance images, photographs, graphics, and other visual assets.
- Ensure all designs follow appropriate typography, color, spacing, composition, and visual hierarchy principles.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Review existing designs and suggest creative improvements where required.
- Prepare final artwork according to digital and print production specifications.
- Stay updated with current graphic design trends, creative tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
