Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor Graphic Designers and Creative Executives Allocate projects, manage workloads and monitor timelines Participate in client meetings, understand briefs and present design concepts Design and oversee creatives for digital advertising, websites, email marketing and branding Create e-commerce assets including product images, infographics, lifestyle creatives, A+ Content and Brand Stores Develop creatives for Amazon, Walmart, eBay and other marketplaces Review and approve creative deliverables for quality and brand consistency Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Marketplace and Operations teams Establish creative workflows, SOPs and quality-control processes Drive innovation through emerging design trends, AI tools and marketplace best practices
Who Should Apply
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and CorelDraw Strong knowledge of e-commerce creative requirements, including Amazon A+ Content, Brand Stores and product listing images Proven creative team leadership experience Expert understanding of typography, colour theory, layout and visual hierarchy Strong client communication and presentation skills Excellent attention to detail and quality control Portfolio is mandatory Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts or equivalent experience 6–7 years of graphic/creative design experience; 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
