We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Customer Relationship Manager – Real Estate to manage customer relationships throughout the property buying journey. The role involves handling customer queries, coordinating with sales, site, legal, finance, and CRM teams, ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Real Estate Customer Relationship Management, client handling, post-sales services, possession coordination, customer grievance resolution, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- -Manage relationships with property buyers and high-value customers.
- -Handle customer queries, complaints, requests, and service-related concerns.
- -Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams for timely resolution.
- -Manage pre-sales and post-sales customer interactions.
- -Ensure timely follow-up on booking, documentation, payment, possession, and other customer requirements.
- -Maintain customer-wise records and prepare daily/monthly MIS reports.
- -Coordinate with customers regarding property visits, documentation, possession, and handover activities.
- -Conduct regular customer follow-ups to ensure a smooth buying and post-sales experience.
- -Resolve customer grievances professionally and ensure timely closure.
- -Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and improve customer satisfaction.
- -Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and support customer retention.
- -Coordinate with internal teams to ensure commitments made to customers are fulfilled.
- -Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement.
- -Handle CRM/Customer Care activities and ensure proper documentation of customer interactions.
- Required Skills -Education: MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification preferred. -6–10 years of experience in CRM / Customer Relationship / Client Relationship Management, preferably in Real Estate.
- -Strong experience in handling property buyers, investors, and high-value customers.
- -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- -Strong customer grievance-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- -Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, CRM software, and customer reporting.
- -Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- -Ability to work with Sales, Legal, Finance, Projects, and Operations teams.
- -Experience in residential/commercial real estate projects will be preferred.
