Key Responsibilities
- Documentation & Compliance: Manage customer onboarding, agreements, allotment letters, and official real estate documentation.
- Payment Tracking & Follow-ups: Coordinate with accounts to track customer payment schedules, send demand letters, and manage outstanding dues.
- Query & Grievance Resolution: Address incoming customer queries, track service requests, and ensure prompt resolution to deliver a high-quality experience.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Legal, Accounts, and Site Project teams to streamline project timelines and handovers.
- Operations & MIS: Maintain organized customer databases, establish SOPs, and prepare regular performance reports for executive management.
Who Should Apply
- Experience: 8–12 years required for the Head – CRM position. Freshers are eligible and encouraged to apply for junior CRM Executive roles.
