Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the execution of large-scale luxury real estate and construction projects.
- Take complete ownership of project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage construction activities and coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Lead and mentor project management and construction teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure effective resource planning and utilization.
- Manage project budgets, costs, procurement, and financial controls.
