Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction and site activities.
- Track project execution, timelines and quality standards.
- Prepare BOQs, project estimates and engineering reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, vendors and project teams.
- Ensure safety regulations and engineering standards are followed on site.
- Inspect the site regularly and resolve technical issues.
- Manage materials, labour and project resources efficiently.
- Review drawings, layouts and structural plans.
- Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
Who Should Apply
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering; relevant certifications preferred.
- 1 to 5 years of experience.
- Knowledge of construction processes and civil engineering practice.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Excel and estimation tools.
- Experience in site supervision and project coordination; understanding of billing, measurements and quality control.
- Experience in residential, commercial or infrastructure projects preferred, with the ability to handle site operations independently.
- Good communication, technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
