Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular field visits to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and other key stakeholders.
- Achieve assigned sales and prescription-generation targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Communicate product information, benefits, and usage effectively to healthcare professionals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with distributors and stockists to ensure product availability.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, doctor visits, and market development.
- Submit timely reports to the reporting manager and support territory-level business planning.
Who Should Apply
- Graduate degree required; B.Pharm, D.Pharm, Life Sciences, Biology, or related qualifications will be preferred.
- Candidates with relevant pharmaceutical/medical sales experience are preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
