This is a single, dedicated vacancy for the Varanasi territory in the Purvanchal (eastern UP) belt of Uttar Pradesh. You will build doctor relationships across Lanka and nearby towns such as Sigra, Cantt, Sarnath, Pindra.

Key Result Areas & Duties
- Cover listed doctors at the right frequency – typically 10–12 calls per day – following the approved tour plan.
- Detail the company's product portfolio scientifically – indications, dosage, benefits and safety – using visual aids and approved literature only.
- Build prescription support for focus products and monitor Rx generation through regular follow-up calls.
- Gather feedback from doctors and chemists on competition and market trends.
- Plan two-wheeler routes to cover headquarters and nearby towns efficiently every week.
- Own the territory's sales target and work with the Area Manager to plan monthly achievement.
- Support CMEs, camps, doctor meets and brand activities organised by the company in the territory.
- Ensure prescribed brands are stocked at chemists around clinics and hospitals; run regular chemist audits.
- Develop hospital and nursing-home business: meet consultants, pharmacy and purchase teams and support formulary/listing.
- Submit daily call reports (DCR), expenses and doctor data on the company CRM / SFA app on the same day.
- Account for every sample and input distributed; follow sample-handling and ethical promotion guidelines.
- Coordinate with the stockist / C&F for orders, stock liquidation, near-expiry returns and timely collection of payments.
- Work strictly as per the company's code of conduct and UCPMP 2024 – no gifts or inducements to healthcare professionals.
Eligibility
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English; confident in presenting to doctors.
- Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence (mandatory).
- Ready to relocate and travel daily across the headquarters and ex-HQ areas.
- Smartphone and basic computer skills for CRM / reporting apps.
- Target-oriented, disciplined and comfortable with daily field work.
- 1 to 5 years of experience – pharma MR / healthcare field sales experience is preferred.
- B.Sc (any Science stream) graduate or B.Pharm from a recognised university.
Varanasi Headquarters & Ex-HQ Coverage
The Varanasi headquarters falls in the Varanasi division. Your daily route will typically include the main town of Varanasi plus ex-HQ markets such as Lanka, Sigra, Cantt, Sarnath, Pindra. A good MR here plans the week so that core doctors are met at the right frequency, chemists near those doctors stock the prescribed brands, and the stockist always has enough inventory.
