Key Responsibilities
- Stay in regular contact with the pharma franchise partners.
- Understand partner concerns and identify operational issues.
- Resolve grievances, or escalate genuine issues to the right department.
- Follow up on every complaint until it is fully resolved.
- Report serious or unresolved issues to senior management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and keep proper records.
- Make reminder calls about monthly schemes, offers and updates for franchise partners.
- Build strong relationships and improve partner satisfaction.
- Coordinate between partners and internal teams so support is timely.

- Customer relationship management, call handling, follow-up and complaint resolution skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
