    Job Overview:

    We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and iteration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Product Strategy: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
    • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs, translating these insights into actionable product plans.
    • Product Development: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop product specifications, ensuring that products are built to meet customer needs and business objectives.
    • User-Centered Design: Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the product design is intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with customer expectations.
    • Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including executives, partners, and customers.
    • Agile Methodology: Manage the product development process using Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and iteration reviews.
    • Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, working closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.
    • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to guide future product enhancements and iterations.
    • Customer Feedback: Gather and prioritize customer feedback, using it to inform product improvements and new features.
    • Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify key differentiators and ensure the product remains competitive in the market.
    • Budget Management: Manage the product budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve product goals.
    • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and launch, ensuring successful delivery.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role with a successful track record of product development and launch.
    • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, from concept to launch.
    • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and analytics platforms.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in [specific industry or domain related to your company].
    • MBA or other advanced degree.
    • Experience in customer-centric industries with a focus on enhancing user experience.
    • Knowledge of product development in software, hardware, or digital products.
    • Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and product marketing.

    Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

    • A portfolio demonstrating well thought through and polished end to end customer journeys
    • 5+ years of industry experience in interactive design and / or visual design
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Aware of trends in mobile, communications, and collaboration
    • Ability to create highly polished design prototypes, mockups, and other communication artifacts
    • The ability to scope and estimate efforts accurately and prioritize tasks and goals independently
    • History of impacting shipping products with your work
    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Design (or related field) or equivalent professional experience
    • Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch

    Preferred Experience

    • Designing user experiences for enterprise software / services
    • Creating and applying established design principles and interaction patterns
    • Aligning or influencing design thinking with teams working in other geographies

    Product Designer

    Product knowledge: Deeply understand the technology and features of the product area to which you are assigned.

    Research: Provide human and business impact and insights for products.

    Deliverables: Create deliverables for your product area (for example competitive analyses, user flows, low fidelity wireframes, high fidelity mockups, prototypes, etc.) that solve real user problems through the user experience.

    Communication: Communicate the results of UX activities within your product area to the design team department, cross-functional partners within your product area, and other interested Superformula team members using clear language that simplifies complexity.
