    Job Summary:

    The Manager of Sales in Real Estate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the growth of the company’s market share in the real estate sector. This role requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a strong track record in sales management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company’s sales objectives and expand market presence.
    • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure peak performance.
    • Sales Targets: Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets and KPIs for the team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and emerging market trends.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Sales Operations: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
    • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management within the real estate industry.
    • Skills:
      • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
      • Strong leadership and team management skills.
      • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
      • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including local trends, pricing, and regulations.
      • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
      • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Other Requirements:

    • License: A valid real estate license (if required by local regulations).
    • Mobility: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and stakeholders.
