Position Title: HR Executive

Reports To: HR Manager / HR Director
Department: Human Resources

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a thorough understanding of HR practices, and the ability to handle various HR tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and integration into the company.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Address employee queries and concerns related to HR policies, benefits, and other workplace issues.
    • Assist in resolving conflicts and managing employee relations matters.
  • Performance Management:
    • Support performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations.
    • Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans.
  • HR Administration:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
    • Prepare and process HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination notices.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.
    • Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining HR metrics.
  • Training and Development:
    • Coordinate and support training programs and professional development activities for employees.
    • Track and report on training effectiveness and employee development progress.
  • Benefits and Compensation:
    • Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
    • Support payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely compensation.
  • HR Projects:
    • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities and organizational development.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 2-4 years of experience in HR or related roles. Previous experience in recruitment, employee relations, or HR administration is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
    • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Other:
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
