Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to inform them about products and services.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and relevant information.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or escalate inquiries to appropriate departments.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and unresolved customer queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned by the team leader or manager.
- Record feedback, suggestions, and complaints from customers for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor analysis.
