Sun Facility Service Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced E-Procurement & Tender Manager to manage end-to-end tendering and e-procurement activities across Government, Municipal and Institutional service contracts.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and monitor relevant Government & Service Tenders on GeM, CPPP/eProcure, State and Municipal portals.
- Independently handle the complete Tender Lifecycle from tender identification to final submission.
- Review NIT, RFP, BOQ, Scope of Work, Eligibility Criteria and Terms & Conditions.
- Prepare technically compliant Technical & Commercial Bids.
- Analyse BOQ and prepare accurate Manpower & Service Costing.
- Calculate statutory costs including Minimum Wages, EPF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity and Leave Wages.
- Prepare costing for PPE, uniforms, chemicals, consumables, equipment, transportation and supervision.
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, Operations, Legal and Management for required documents.
- Track EMD, Tender Fees, Corrigenda, Pre-Bid Meetings, Submission Deadlines and Tender Results.
- Handle technical/commercial clarifications and post-bid activities.
- Maintain tender trackers, document repositories and tender profitability reports.
