Key Responsibilities
- Own and achieve regional sales targets, revenue and market-share goals for the assigned territory.
- Lead, train and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives; set targets and review performance.
- Build and manage relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic centres, doctors, biomedical engineers and purchase departments.
- Appoint, develop and manage distributors and dealers; monitor stock, collections and outstanding payments.
- Handle government and private hospital tenders, quotations and rate contracts with complete documentation.
- Plan product demonstrations, CMEs, workshops and launch activities with the product and marketing teams.
- Track competitor activity, pricing and market trends and share insights with management.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports and business plans; ensure CRM data is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with service and application teams for installation, training and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure ethical selling practices and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Who Should Apply
- Proven experience in sales of medical devices, medical equipment or hospital products, with team-handling experience.
- Strong network with hospitals, doctors and distributors in Lucknow and Uttar Pradesh.
- Good knowledge of tender processes, channel management and key account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
