Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute residential rooftop solar sales strategies across UP & Uttarakhand Lead, train and motivate in-store solar sales teams Set district-wise sales targets and monitor performance Drive PM Surya Ghar and rooftop solar opportunities Develop customer pitches covering solar benefits, subsidies, financing/EMI and payback Build an effective lead-to-installation process from lead generation to closure Coordinate with EPC and installation teams for smooth project handover Conduct sales reviews and maintain performance dashboards Develop and implement sales campaigns, offers and incentive programs Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and regional revenue
Who Should Apply
7+ years of sales experience Solar/Rooftop Solar experience preferred Candidates from Retail, Consumer Durables, FMCG, Financial Services or similar industries may also apply Experience managing regional or multi-location sales teams Strong sales strategy, analytical and decision-making skills Willingness to travel extensively across UP & Uttarakhand Fluent in Hindi with good English reporting skills
