Your Key Responsibilities

1. Cover listed doctors at the right frequency – typically 10–12 calls per day – following the approved tour plan.
2. Detail the company's product portfolio scientifically – indications, dosage, benefits and safety – using visual aids and approved literature only.
3. Build prescription support for focus products and monitor Rx generation through regular follow-up calls.
4. Work strictly as per the company's code of conduct and UCPMP 2024 – no gifts or inducements to healthcare professionals.
5. Submit daily call reports (DCR), expenses and doctor data on the company CRM / SFA app on the same day.
6. Ensure prescribed brands are stocked at chemists around clinics and hospitals; run regular chemist audits.
7. Gather feedback from doctors and chemists on competition and market trends.
8. Develop hospital and nursing-home business: meet consultants, pharmacy and purchase teams and support formulary/listing.
9. Account for every sample and input distributed; follow sample-handling and ethical promotion guidelines.
10. Plan two-wheeler routes to cover headquarters and nearby towns efficiently every week.
11. Support CMEs, camps, doctor meets and brand activities organised by the company in the territory.
12. Coordinate with the stockist / C&F for orders, stock liquidation, near-expiry returns and timely collection of payments.
13. Own the territory's sales target and work with the Area Manager to plan monthly achievement.

Are You Eligible?

• Target-oriented, disciplined and comfortable with daily field work.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English; confident in presenting to doctors.
• Ready to relocate and travel daily across the headquarters and ex-HQ areas.
• 1 to 5 years of experience – pharma MR / healthcare field sales experience is preferred.
• B.Sc (any Science stream) graduate or B.Pharm from a recognised university.
• Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence (mandatory).
• Smartphone and basic computer skills for CRM / reporting apps.
