This is a single, dedicated vacancy for the Shravasti territory in the Terai (Indo-Nepal border belt) belt of Uttar Pradesh. You will build doctor relationships across Bhinga and nearby towns such as Ikauna, Jamunaha.

Key Result Areas & Duties
- Cover listed doctors at the right frequency – typically 10–12 calls per day – following the approved tour plan.
- Detail the company's product portfolio scientifically – indications, dosage, benefits and safety – using visual aids and approved literature only.
- Build prescription support for focus products and monitor Rx generation through regular follow-up calls.
- Develop hospital and nursing-home business: meet consultants, pharmacy and purchase teams and support formulary/listing.
- Plan two-wheeler routes to cover headquarters and nearby towns efficiently every week.
- Own the territory's sales target and work with the Area Manager to plan monthly achievement.
- Coordinate with the stockist / C&F for orders, stock liquidation, near-expiry returns and timely collection of payments.
- Work strictly as per the company's code of conduct and UCPMP 2024 – no gifts or inducements to healthcare professionals.
- Support CMEs, camps, doctor meets and brand activities organised by the company in the territory.
- Ensure prescribed brands are stocked at chemists around clinics and hospitals; run regular chemist audits.
- Gather feedback from doctors and chemists on competition and market trends.
- Submit daily call reports (DCR), expenses and doctor data on the company CRM / SFA app on the same day.
- Account for every sample and input distributed; follow sample-handling and ethical promotion guidelines.
Eligibility
- B.Sc (any Science stream) graduate or B.Pharm from a recognised university.
- Ready to relocate and travel daily across the headquarters and ex-HQ areas.
- 1 to 5 years of experience – pharma MR / healthcare field sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English; confident in presenting to doctors.
- Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence (mandatory).
- Smartphone and basic computer skills for CRM / reporting apps.
- Target-oriented, disciplined and comfortable with daily field work.
Shravasti Headquarters & Ex-HQ Coverage
The Shravasti headquarters falls in the Devipatan division. Your daily route will typically include the main town of Bhinga plus ex-HQ markets such as Ikauna, Jamunaha. A good MR here plans the week so that core doctors are met at the right frequency, chemists near those doctors stock the prescribed brands, and the stockist always has enough inventory.
