Medical Representative Vacancy, Amroha – Own Two-Wheeler Required
We are hiring one Medical Representative (MR) for the Amroha headquarters – a field role covering Gajraula, Hasanpur, Dhanaura. This is a single, dedicated vacancy for the Amroha territory in the Rohilkhand belt of Uttar Pradesh. You will build doctor relationships across Gajraula and nearby towns such as Hasanpur, Dhanaura.

Day-to-Day KRA
- Meet the target number of doctors daily as per the Master Call List (MCL) and monthly Tour Plan, covering both core and new prescribers.
- Carry out scientific product detailing and handle doctors' queries on composition, dosage and side-effects accurately.
- Generate and grow prescriptions (Rx) for focus brands and track Rx conversion doctor-wise.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (primary and secondary) for the headquarters.
- Cover hospitals, nursing homes and clinics – meet consultants, purchase departments and pharmacy in-charges for listing and institutional business.
- Maintain proper records of samples and promotional inputs given to doctors, strictly within company policy and the pharma marketing code.
- Follow all compliance requirements – ethical promotion, no unapproved claims, data privacy and the Uniform Code for Pharmaceutical Marketing Practices (UCPMP) 2024.
- Track competitor activity – new products, doctor engagement and chemist schemes – and report it weekly.
- Report daily work – DCR, Rx feedback, competitor activity and expenses – on the reporting app without delay.
- Work with distributors and stockists on order booking, stock levels, expiry returns and payment collection.
- Participate in medical camps, CMEs and product-launch activities when planned by the company.
- Cover HQ and ex-HQ markets regularly on your own two-wheeler, including nearby tehsil towns.
- Do retail chemist calls daily – check stock of prescribed brands, collect secondary demand and push availability.
Required Qualification & Skills
- B.Sc (any Science stream) graduate or B.Pharm from a recognised university.
- 1 to 5 years of experience – pharma MR / healthcare field sales experience is preferred.
- Ready to relocate and travel daily across the headquarters and ex-HQ areas.
- Smartphone and basic computer skills for CRM / reporting apps.
- Target-oriented, disciplined and comfortable with daily field work.
- Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence (mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English; confident in presenting to doctors.

The Amroha headquarters falls in the Moradabad division. Your daily route will typically include the main town of Amroha plus ex-HQ markets such as Gajraula, Hasanpur, Dhanaura. A good MR here plans the week so that core doctors are met at the right frequency, chemists near those doctors stock the prescribed brands, and the stockist always has enough inventory.
