Generate new business leads for Security Guards, Supervisors, Bouncers, Security Officers and other manpower services. Meet facility managers, HR managers, administrative officers, purchase departments and management representatives. Explain company security services, manpower solutions, pricing and service benefits to prospective clients. Conduct regular market visits and identify organizations requiring security and manpower services. Prepare and submit quotations and proposals in coordination with the office team. Follow up with prospective clients for meetings, quotations, tenders and work orders. Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective clients. Collect market information regarding competitors, service requirements and prevailing rates. Achieve assigned monthly business development targets. Maintain daily field visit records and submit regular reports to the management. Coordinate with the operations team during the commencement of new security contracts. Participate in client meetings, site visits and tender-related activities when required. Required Skills Excellent communication and convincing skills. Good knowledge of sales and business development. Ability to approach and negotiate with corporate and institutional clients. Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills. Knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp and Google Maps. Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory. Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
