Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and related hardware.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Monitor and troubleshoot internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and LAN systems.
- Install, update, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and asset records.
- Ensure regular data backup and basic system security measures.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and technical support.
- Monitor CCTV systems and assist with access-control systems where required.
- Support email configuration and user account management.
- Ensure all IT systems function efficiently with minimal downtime.
