- Understand candidate profiles and match them with suitable job openings.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and job opportunities.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the HR/recruitment team in achieving hiring targets.
