HR Head - Talent Acquisition & Strategic HR Management

Position Overview

Galaxy Resource Pvt Ltd (GRPL India) is seeking an experienced, visionary HR Head to oversee end-to-end Human Resource operations, workforce planning, and organizational development in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of progressive HR management experience with proven success leading talent acquisition strategies, corporate compliance, and team performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Align HR strategies with overall organizational business goals to drive growth and operational efficiency.
• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead full-cycle recruitment drives for leadership, operational, and bulk staffing requirements.
• Policy & Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, statutory compliance, and corporate HR regulations.
• Performance Management System (PMS): Design and implement robust KPI/KRA frameworks, performance appraisals, and employee engagement strategies.
• Payroll & Benefits Oversight: Supervise monthly payroll processing, compensation structuring, and administrative workflows.
• Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Foster a productive work culture, resolving employee grievances and maintaining high retention rates.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of core HR management experience (HR Manager / AGM / DGM / HR Head roles).
• Education: MBA or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or relevant discipline.
• Location: Lucknow (In-office role).
• Skills: Strategic workforce planning, talent management, team leadership, labor law compliance, and strong interpersonal communication.

Compensation & Position Details

• CTC: Up to ₹1,400,000 Per Annum (Up to 14 LPA - Commensurate with experience).
• Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
• Work Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
