Head of Human Resources Vacancy Ayodhya – 10+ Yrs, ₹11–15 LPA | Hiring 2026 GRPL India (Galaxy Resource Pvt. Ltd.) invites applications for the position of Head of Human Resources for a leading client organisation based in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. The role leads the full HR function and partners closely with the business leadership team. Job Highlights Role: HR Head / Head of Human Resources Company: Galaxy Resource Pvt. Ltd. (GRPL India) Salary: ₹11 – 15 LPA (₹11,00,000 – ₹15,00,000 per annum) Experience: 10+ years in HR (leadership role) Location: Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India Job Type: Full-time, permanent Hiring Status: Urgent hiring – immediate joiners preferred Key Responsibilities Design and execute the talent strategy and annual manpower plan aligned to business growth in Ayodhya and across Uttar Pradesh. Own leadership and mid-senior hiring; build campus, referral and agency pipelines and improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire. Manage industrial relations (IR) and statutory compliance – Factories Act / Shops & Establishments, PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, minimum wages and the new Labour Codes. Act as HR Business Partner (HRBP) to department heads on workforce planning, organisation design and productivity. Build a high-performance, inclusive culture; drive engagement surveys, communication forums and retention programmes. Lead compensation & benefits – salary benchmarking, grade structures, annual appraisal cycle and incentive design. Handle employee relations (ER), grievance redressal, disciplinary proceedings and POSH committee governance. Draft, update and roll out HR policies, SOPs and the employee handbook; digitise HRMS, payroll and attendance. Drive stakeholder management with promoters, unions/worker committees, labour department officials and external partners. Lead, coach and develop the HR team (recruitment, payroll, admin, L&D) and present HR MIS / dashboards to management. Requirements 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years as HR Head / Head HR / Senior HR Manager. Proven track record of leading HR teams and owning the complete employee life cycle. Industry background preferably in manufacturing, services or infrastructure / real estate in Uttar Pradesh or similar markets. MBA / PGDM in HR (or equivalent) preferred; certification in labour law or HR analytics is a plus. Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, IR, payroll and statutory compliance. Excellent communication in Hindi and English, with strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills. Willingness to be based in Ayodhya (relocation candidates from Lucknow, Faizabad, Gorakhpur, Kanpur, Varanasi and other cities welcome).
