The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding distribution, managing retail outlets and developing a strong market network across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers and key outlets.
- Expand the distribution network and increase product availability in the market.
- Handle sales of spices, masala and other FMCG food products.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure effective product placement, visibility and availability at retail outlets.
- Manage distributor and retailer orders, follow-ups and market collections.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes and market trends.
- Ensure proper execution of company schemes and promotional activities.
- Maintain regular sales reports, market feedback and daily visit reports.
- Build and maintain a strong local FMCG market network within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely deliveries.
Who Should Apply
