Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives for the designated territory.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key outlets.
- Expand market coverage by identifying and developing new outlets and business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate orders and drive primary and secondary sales.
- Ensure proper product availability, distribution, and visibility at retail outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Collect market feedback and share insights with the management.
- Follow up on distributor orders, stock availability, and outstanding payments when required.
- Implement company sales schemes and promotional activities effectively.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and market visit records.
- Build long-term relationships with retailers and channel partners.
