We are looking for a responsible and energetic Delivery Manager – Operations to manage day-to-day delivery operations for our FMCG business. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating delivery staff, ensuring timely deliveries, managing routes, and maintaining smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily delivery operations and ensure timely delivery of FMCG products.
- Coordinate with delivery executives, warehouse/store teams, and customers.
- Plan and monitor delivery routes for efficient operations.
- Track daily orders, deliveries, returns, and pending shipments.
- Monitor delivery staff performance and attendance.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for proper order dispatch.
- Maintain daily operational reports and delivery records.
- Monitor fuel, delivery costs, and operational expenses.
- Ensure company SOPs and safety procedures are followed.
- Manage last-mile delivery operations and improve delivery efficiency.
- Support the team during high-volume days and urgent deliveries.
Who Should Apply
- 1–2 years of experience in delivery, logistics, FMCG, warehouse, or operations.
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Good knowledge of Kanpur city and local routes.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple deliveries and operational issues.
- Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
