VPay Finance is looking for a responsible and target-oriented Collection Executive / Recovery Executive to manage customer payment follow-ups and recovery activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve collection targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers for pending and overdue payments.
- Conduct collection and recovery activities as per company policies.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding outstanding dues.
- Visit customers when required for payment collection and recovery.
- Negotiate payment schedules and support timely resolution of outstanding accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding payment status and unresolved accounts.
- Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Prepare and submit regular collection reports to the reporting manager.
- Ensure professional and respectful communication with customers at all times.
Who Should Apply
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Previous experience in collection, recovery, field collection, banking, NBFC, or financial services will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the local area and customer handling.
- Comfortable with field visits and target-based work.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile-based collection applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
