Midlink, a growing company in the real estate and construction sector, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, project-related accounts, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in accounting, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and financial documents.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and reconciliations.
- Manage construction project-related accounting and expenses.
- Prepare invoices, bills, payment records, and receipts.
- Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain records of contractors, suppliers, vendors, and project expenses.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, and financial summaries.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, project teams, and management regarding financial matters.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of books of accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Who Should Apply
- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, M.Com, or Accounting/Finance.
- 1–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in construction/real estate accounting will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
- Strong understanding of ledgers, reconciliations, invoicing, and taxation.
- Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks with accuracy.
