Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. Monitor cash flow, financial performance and cost control. Ensure accurate financial statements and management reports. Oversee accounting, taxation, audit and statutory compliance. Analyse financial data and present insights to the board and senior management. Identify financial risks and put mitigation plans in place. Who Should Apply Proven experience as CFO, Finance Head or senior finance leader. CA or MBA (Finance). Deep knowledge of Indian accounting standards, direct and indirect tax and compliance. Strong leadership, decision-making and presentation skills. High integrity and discretion with confidential information.
