Your Daily WorkMaintain the petty cash book and reconcile physical cash every day.Collect, check and file bills, vouchers and receipts for every payment.Prepare daily and monthly expense summaries for management.Record cash and bank payments and keep supplier ledgers up to date.Track advances given to staff and settle them against bills.Support bank reconciliation and month-end closing.
