Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Welcome walk-in clients, understand their home decor/flooring requirements, and assist them in selecting suitable products.
- Product Demonstration: Display carpet materials, patterns, textures, and custom sizes to prospective buyers.
- Counter Operations: Manage counter billing, price negotiations, order closing, and coordinate invoicing.
- Inventory & Display: Ensure showroom display counters are clean, organized, and adequately stocked with product samples.
- Client Relationship Management: Address customer queries, handle order follow-ups, and build long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
Who Should Apply
- Experience: 1+ years in retail sales, counter sales, or showroom sales (Experience in home decor, furnishings, or textiles is preferred).
