The ideal candidate should have strong FMCG sales experience, excellent knowledge of distributor and retail networks, and proven ability to achieve sales targets.
The candidate will be responsible for managing distributors, dealers and retailers, expanding market coverage, developing new business opportunities, ensuring product availability and visibility, and monitoring primary and secondary sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Manage and develop distributors, dealers, retailers and channel partners.
- Expand distribution and increase market penetration across the territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Monitor primary and secondary sales and ensure consistent business growth.
- Ensure product availability, visibility and effective merchandising at retail outlets.
- Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers and key customers.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes and market trends.
- Plan and execute sales promotions and trade activities as required.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy outstanding levels.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and market potential.
- Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing, stock availability and delivery.
- Ensure effective implementation of company sales strategies and policies.
