पहली job की तलाश में सबसे पहला हथियार है आपका resume। Freshers के पास degree तो होती है, लेकिन अक्सर यह समझ नहीं आता कि resume में क्या लिखें और experience न होने पर उसे strong कैसे बनाएं। अच्छी खबर यह है कि fresher resume में recruiter experience नहीं, बल्कि आपकी education, skills, internship, projects और सीखने की क्षमता देखता है।
इस guide में हम step-by-step बताएंगे कि 2026 में fresher resume कैसा होना चाहिए, और अंत में एक ready sample भी देंगे।
Fresher resume किसके लिए होता है?
यह students, recent graduates, diploma holders और उन सभी candidates के लिए है जिनके पास full-time work experience नहीं है। आम तौर पर इसमें ये sections होते हैं:
- नाम और contact details
- Career objective / professional summary
- Education
- Skills
- Internship और academic projects
- Certifications और achievements
- Languages (और जरूरत हो तो hobbies)
हर section डालना जरूरी नहीं – वही रखें जो job profile से जुड़ा हो।
Step-by-step: अपना fresher resume बनाइए
Step 1: Header – नाम और contact
सबसे ऊपर पूरा नाम, फिर mobile number, professional email, शहर, और अगर हो तो LinkedIn या GitHub/portfolio link। पूरा घर का पता लिखने की जरूरत नहीं है।
Step 2: Professional email
priya.verma@gmail.com जैसा simple email रखें। sweetpriya99@gmail.com जैसे addresses recruiter पर गलत impression छोड़ते हैं।
Step 3: छोटा और specific career objective
2–3 lines में बताएं: आप कौन-सी role चाहते हैं, आपकी main skills क्या हैं और आप company में कैसे contribute करेंगे।
Example: "Commerce graduate with working knowledge of MS Excel and Tally, looking for an entry-level accounts role where I can apply attention to detail and grow into finance operations."
हर application के लिए इसे थोड़ा बदलें।
Step 4: Education – नया पहले
Graduation सबसे ऊपर, फिर Class 12 और Class 10 – institute, year और percentage के साथ।
Step 5: Skills – generic नहीं, specific
"Hardworking" लिखने से बेहतर है असली, job-relevant skills लिखना:
- Marketing fresher: Social media, content writing, basic SEO, Canva, MS Excel
- IT fresher: Python, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Git
- HR fresher: Sourcing, screening, interview coordination, HR documentation, Excel
Job description ध्यान से पढ़ें और जो skills सच में आपके पास हैं, उन्हें साफ-साफ लिखें।
Step 6: Internship को experience की तरह दिखाएं
1–3 महीने की internship भी recruiter को practical exposure दिखाती है। Role, company, duration और 3–4 bullet points में काम लिखें – जैसे "Screened 40+ CVs per week" या "Maintained candidate database in Excel"।
Step 7: Academic projects
Experience नहीं है तो projects आपका proof हैं। Project का नाम, आपने क्या बनाया, कौन-से tools इस्तेमाल किए और result क्या रहा – संक्षेप में लिखें।
Step 8: Relevant certifications
Advanced Excel, Tally Prime, Digital Marketing, Python, Data Analytics जैसे courses तभी लिखें जब वे apply की जा रही job से जुड़े हों। लंबी list से ज्यादा जरूरी है relevance।
Step 9: Photo लगाएं या नहीं?
जब तक employer खास तौर पर न मांगे, photo जरूरी नहीं। Clean resume बिना photo के भी पूरी तरह acceptable है।
Step 10: Length
Fresher के लिए 1 page काफी है। Multiple internships या बड़े projects हों तो थोड़ा बढ़ा सकते हैं, लेकिन filler मत डालिए।

- Spelling / grammar errors – submit करने से पहले दो बार पढ़ें।
- बहुत ज्यादा design – resume poster नहीं है; readability सबसे जरूरी है।
- Fake skills – interview में उन्हीं पर सवाल आएंगे।
- Unprofessional email या गलत phone number।
- हर job के लिए same resume – role के हिसाब से skills और projects highlight करें।
Keywords और ATS
बहुत-सी companies Applicant Tracking System (ATS) इस्तेमाल करती हैं, इसलिए job description के relevant keywords naturally शामिल करें। HR role के लिए: Recruitment, Candidate Screening, Talent Acquisition, Interview Coordination। IT role के लिए: Python, Java, SQL, JavaScript, Git। लेकिन वही लिखें जो आप सच में जानते हैं।
Template चुनते समय
ऐसा format चुनें जो simple, professional और आसानी से editable हो, mobile पर भी साफ पढ़ा जाए और unnecessary graphics से बचे। Employer ने कोई और format न मांगा हो तो PDF में भेजें, और file का नाम रखें Name_Role_Resume.pdf।
