Walk-in interviews have reopened on 3 November 2026 for two Sales Executive seats in our Garments Division, split between the Kapoorthala and Scooter India apparel outlets in Lucknow. The interview is conducted by GRPL India (Galaxy Resource Pvt. Ltd.), a job placement consultancy in Lucknow, at our Sahara Shopping Centre office – no appointment required. Ltd. (GRPL India) Job profile: Retail garment sales and customer assistance at our apparel outlets. What You Will Do on the Shop Floor Welcome every walk-in customer and ask a few quick questions to understand the occasion, budget and preferred style. Take out shirts, trousers, kurtas, jeans and ethnic wear in the right size and explain fabric, fit and care. Suggest matching items and combos to raise the average bill value while keeping the customer comfortable. Work towards the daily and monthly counter sales target set by the outlet in-charge. Assist at the billing desk with item scanning, packing, exchange slips and return entries. Pass on size shortages, fast-moving designs and customer complaints to the outlet in-charge. Who Should Apply Graduate in any stream Minimum 1 year of retail or counter sales (apparel / footwear / lifestyle store preferred) Fluent Hindi and basic spoken English Neat appearance, friendly manner and able to stand through store hours Ready for a rotational weekly off (weekend duty in season) Client preference: Our client currently prefers male candidates for this outlet role; eligible candidates may still walk in and will be considered as per the client's requirement.
