If you have converted leads over the phone for at least two years – especially for hotels, resorts, restaurants or marriage lawns – this is a fixed-salary role with real incentive upside. Job Highlights Number of positions: 40+ Position: Inside Sales Manager (Female only) Gender: Female candidates only Experience: Minimum 2 years in inside sales (any industry) Preferred industry: Hospitality – hotels, resorts, restaurants, marriage lawns Salary: INR 30,000 – 60,000 per month (fixed) + attractive incentive Job location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Job type: Full-time, office-based Interview: Walk-in, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Handle inbound enquiries from calls, WhatsApp, website and portals, and convert them into confirmed bookings/sales. Make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads, past clients and corporate/event planners. Pitch room, banquet, restaurant, resort and marriage lawn packages with clear pricing and offers. Prepare quotations, negotiate within approved limits and close deals over phone, video call and WhatsApp. Maintain the lead pipeline and CRM/Excel records; share daily and weekly sales reports. Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets to earn attractive incentives. Eligibility Female candidates only Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales (any industry) Excellent Hindi and good spoken English; confident on the phone Strong negotiation and closing skills; comfortable with targets Working knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets or a CRM Graduate in any stream preferred Preferred Industry Background Inside sales experience in any industry is accepted.
