Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in guests at the reception desk
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries and appointment booking
- Manage the appointment calendar and schedule coordination
- Support billing, payment entry and daily front-desk reports
- Maintain guest records, feedback and a clean, organised front desk
- Coordinate with the centre manager and internal team
Skills Required
- Good communication in Hindi and basic English
- Polite, well-groomed and professional front-office manner
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, billing software, email)
- Punctuality, organisation and customer-service attitude
