Senior Real Estate Accountant - Financial Planning & Tax Compliance

Position Overview

Galaxy Resource Pvt Ltd (GRPL India) is hiring a seasoned Senior Real Estate Accountant for a leading commercial and residential real estate developer in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing project accounting, GST/TDS compliance, RERA financial reporting, and vendor billing within the construction or real estate domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Financial Management: Maintain accurate general ledgers, project cost ledgers, and cash flow statements for ongoing real estate developments.
• Taxation & Statutory Compliance: Prepare and file monthly GST returns, TDS returns, and ensure complete compliance under RERA regulations.
• Vendor & Contractor Billing: Verify contractor RA bills, sub-contractor payouts, material purchase orders, and site expense vouchers.
• Audit Coordination: Lead internal and external statutory audits, liaising with chartered accountants and tax authorities.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly MIS reports, budget variance analyses, and bank reconciliation statements for leadership review.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of core accounting experience strictly in the Real Estate or Construction sector.
• Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), ERP systems, and GST portals.
• Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (In-office role).

Compensation & Position Details

• CTC: ₹6,000,000 – ₹8,000,000 Per Annum (6 to 8 LPA - Commensurate with experience).
• Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
