Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
- Log, prioritise and close support tickets within agreed timelines.
- Set up new systems and workstations for joining employees.
- Prepare simple user guides and train users on basic IT usage.
- Assist in procurement of IT hardware and accessories.
Who Should Apply
- 5 to 15 years of experience in IT or technical support.
- Patient, polite and clear communication with users.
- Hardware and networking certification is a plus.
