Key Responsibilities
- Run daily finance and accounting operations – GL, AP, AR and bank accounting.
- Prepare and review trial balance, P&L and balance sheet; lead month-end and year-end closing.
- Complete bank, vendor, customer and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage GST and TDS compliance, reconciliations and returns.
- Handle inventory/stock accounting and support costing and variance analysis.
- Track material, labour and overhead costs and flag discrepancies.
- Prepare MIS and financial statements and coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
- Work with purchase, stores, production and operations teams on accounting matters.
Who Should Apply
- 8–10 years of finance & accounts experience; manufacturing exposure strongly preferred.
- Strong in manufacturing, cost and inventory accounting.
- Hands-on with GST, TDS, finalisation and reporting.
- Good MS Excel and SAP / Oracle / Tally ERP skills.
- B.Com, M.Com, CA or CA Inter.
