GRPL India is hiring a Branch Manager to run a Delhi sales branch end to end – owning revenue, people and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the branch business plan and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Run weekly sales reviews, pipeline meetings and target-versus-achievement tracking.
- Coordinate with head office, product, finance and operations teams to meet customer commitments.
- Maintain discipline, compliance and documentation standards at the branch.
- Recruit and onboard new sales staff and plan their training.
Who Should Apply
- 5 to 15 years of experience in sales, with at least a few years in a branch or team leadership role.
- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Good presentation skills for senior customer and management meetings.
