Key Responsibilities
- Own regional sales targets for the GB vertical and build a clear plan to achieve them.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand regional market share.
- Track competitor activity and market trends and recommend actions.
- Drive CRM discipline and accurate sales reporting across the team.
- Monitor regional expenses and keep them within budget.
Who Should Apply
- 5 to 15 years of B2B or government/large-account sales experience, with regional team handling.
- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and retain a high-performing team.
