Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day corporate legal matters.
- Draft, review and vet contracts, agreements, notices and affidavits.
- Advise on business and contractual matters.
- Handle property, construction, vendor, employment and commercial legal matters.
- Coordinate with advocates, courts, government departments and authorities.
- Monitor litigation, disputes and legal cases.
- Do legal research and compliance monitoring.
- Identify legal risks and suggest ways to reduce them.
- Maintain contracts, legal records and case files.
Who Should Apply
- LL.B. / LL.M.
- Valid enrolment with the Bar Council.
- 1 - 4 years of experience.
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Hospitality, Infrastructure or corporate legal matters is an advantage.
