Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books, payables, receivables and reconciliations.
- File GST and TDS returns and statutory compliances.
- Prepare MIS, balance sheet and P&L; support audits.
- Run end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Process payroll, attendance, leave and PF/ESI/PT deductions.
- Support appraisals, grievances, exits and HR policy compliance.
Who Should Apply
- MBA in Finance or HR with 2–3 years of experience.
- Tally/ERP, advanced Excel, GST, TDS and payroll knowledge.
- Able to multitask and work independently.
